Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 1-2 Business Days Express via DHL in the United States or 4-5 Business Days Standard, if the product is located a separate fulfilment centre farther away from your postal code it will take roughly 7-15 Days . International Countries generally take 10-20 days. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping your location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. Tracking numbers are given within 24-28 hours of the order being placed.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order numberimmediately after placing their order. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex and we also offer ShopPay and Klarna- Shop Now, Pay Later. 

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. All of your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. It's the same type of encryption used by banks. We work with one of the leading global payment providers – Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where you're located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Q. How can I edit my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Q. Why was my order cancelled/refunded?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled/refunded, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. Or we can not ship to your designated shipping address.
