Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 1-3 weeks for all orders to arrive to the United States. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping your location.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. How can I edit my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Q. Why was my order cancelled/refunded?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled/refunded, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. Or we can not ship to your designated shipping address.
