1. Custom Jerseys:
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for custom jerseys. Each custom jersey is uniquely crafted according to your specifications, making it difficult to resell. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In the event of defects or damages to your custom jersey, please contact us immediately if you have received the wrong product or a damaged/defected product! (info@thejerseynation.com).
Please note that all custom jersey orders require 2-5 days for creation. Once your order is crafted with care, shipping typically takes 7-10 days. We appreciate your patience as we strive to provide you with the best possible product and experience.
2. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue promptly. 3. Return Process:
To initiate a return for defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at info@thejerseynation.com. We will provide you with a free replacement or a refund.

If any packages never arrive due to the input of an incorrect address we are not responsible and cannot refund your order, however we will do our best to change the address on your behalf. Shipping labels are copy & pasted from your input.
