Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. For U.S., Canadian and Australian customers, shipping usually takes 5-10 Business Days. If the product is located at a separate fulfilment centre farther away from your postal code it may take roughly 7-15 Business Days. European and other International countries generally take 7-10 Business Days. Shipping times vary from product to product depending on demand and your location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. For non-custom orders, tracking numbers are provided within 24–48 hours of the order being placed. For custom orders, tracking will be issued within 3–8 Business Days, once your jersey has been created and prepared for shipment.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. Our website will automatically display prices and process your payment in your local currency based on your location. You will check out using the currency of the country you are located in.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order numberimmediately after placing their order. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. All of your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. It's the same type of encryption used by banks. We work with one of the leading global payment providers – Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where you're located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Q. How can I edit my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Q. Why was my order cancelled/refunded?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled/refunded, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. Or we can not ship to your designated shipping address.
